Susan’s knowledge and wide-ranging experience in financial accounting, budgeting, human resources, and building strong virtual teams are invaluable resources for her small business clients at Primetrics.
Identifying potential growth areas in businesses comes naturally to Susan. She leverages her background in finance and human resources to develop sound financial plans. Clients thrive under her supportive and energetic tutelage.
Before her role as a Fractional CFO at Primetrics, Susan has held multiple director-level roles in finance and human resources, at companies in the food manufacturing industry, as well as resale and service industries.
While working full-time, Susan earned her education through night classes. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Institutions from Roosevelt University, and an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Elgin Community College. She also holds the Human Resource SHRM-SCP certification.
Her love of learning transcended to teaching evening and online accounting classes at two colleges in Wisconsin. Helping others achieve their goals and dreams is always at the forefront of her motivation.
Susan moved from the Midwest to the Oregon coast in 2017. She is passionate about the natural environment and wildlife in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, Susan loves to hike, read European history books, crochet, knit, travel, and walk her two Shelties.
