With a decade-long tenure in internal accounting under her belt, Melissa arrives at Primetrics setup with diverse tools and experience. During her tenure at Intuit Quickbooks, Melissa aided in numerous accounting challenges and growth plans. Now she is poised to leverage her expertise in supporting Primetrics clients.

Drawing from her extensive background, she's cultivated proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/QBO, month-end processes, and accounts payable and receivables. However, what truly sets Melissa apart is her adeptness at managing hefty responsibilities. In previous roles, she seamlessly juggled the duties of overseeing two separate veterinary hospitals as both the Accounting Director and a Systems Administrator. Committed to excellence in every task, she approaches each challenge with meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering effective solutions.

 

Melissa's journey is a testament to her passion for numbers. A passion that began during her time as a receptionist at the veterinary hospital, where she harbored a curiosity about the financial workings behind the scenes. Determined to deepen her understanding, she began pursuing an accounting degree that commenced at Portland Community College and culminated at Portland State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Criminology.
